Two boys spending the summer at the beach find a third friend by way of a message sent in a bottle. The story has a nice introduction to how tides work and some basic cryptology as the boys send encrypted messages to each other.
A very good vintage copy. Binding is great and no marks inside, great for a Lobel or vintage book collector.
